Complimentary shipping is available with any item purchased.

Shipping comes with full tracking for both domestic and international orders.

Packages are shipped with Australia Post by default. Your order can be tracked on Australia Post's website or your national postal service's website.

We accept parcel locker and parcel collect addresses (Australia only). We also accept domestic and international PO box addresses.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We will not be responsible for the item once it is delivered to the address.

Estimated Australia delivery times are 1-4 business days.

Estimated International Standard delivery times for most countries are between 4-10 business days. Some countries may take longer to deliver.

Estimated International Express & FedEx International Priority delivery times are between 2-8 business days. Some countries may take longer to deliver.

Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for shipping delays or item(s) lost in transit but we may in good faith replace or refund your order.

International buyers are responsible for customs duty, sales taxes, tariffs, VAT, or any additional fees imposed on the shipment by the carrier or customs.
