Shipping policy

Complimentary shipping includes tracking.
Packages are shipped with Australia Post by default. Your order can be tracked on Australia Post's website and your country's postal service website.
We accept parcel collect addresses (Australia only). We also accept domestic and international PO box addresses. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We will not be responsible for the item once it is delivered to the address.
International buyers are responsible for customs duty, sales taxes, tariffs, VAT, or any additional fees imposed on the shipment by the carrier or customs.
We are not responsible for shipping delays or any item(s) damaged or lost in transit but we may in good faith replace or refund your order.
